Why we use 100% solids industrial-grade epoxy as our base coat:

Superior adhesion due to a permanent mechanical and chemical bond to concrete substrate
Superior adhesion due to increased ability to fully wet out the substrate
No adverse reaction to moisture intrinsic to concrete substrates (Polyaspartic urethanes and polyureas are extremely sensitive to moisture)
